I found this quote by Brene Brown today and decided to dress it up and put it in a frame at my desk.
I loved how it made me realize JOY comes in quiet moments, everyday whisperings of peace, love, friendship, music, family, art and more. If every moment was that of JOY we couldn’t appreciate it’s beauty and it would be come normal and mundane.
